The 26-year-old actress tells People.com that it doesn’t disappear without work. “I’m still working very hard and dressing strategically. I’m doing NutriSystem, and they have been phenomenal. I’m working with them.”
She admits that it is especially hard to be a new-mom in the spotlight. “I’ve lost 15 so far. I want another 10 pounds, but it’s so hard, especially being in this business - you feel like you have to look like you’ve never had a child, like the next day.”
What does her workout program consist of? She said she works with a trainer “twice a week, adn then I try to fit in another day, but it’s touch and go. “[I say] I’m going to work out now, [but] the baby needs to be feed, [so], okay, I’ll sit and watch TV for a little while [instead].”

“Well, it’s been surprising because I never think that anyone cares about me at all. And it turns out they care more about you when you’re pregnant, so it’s been a little shocking that people are very interested. I think it’s because it’s such a positive thing and everyone loves babies and the public wants to see how actors and actresses deal with it or how they go through it.
But getting ready for the Made of Honor premiere was a little stressful just because you want to look good at the premiere of your movie and you have 30 extra pounds on you. So it was a little nerve-racking finding the right dress.”
